Most people go through thinking that an accounting degree accounting job is a very stable career path and accountants tend to make money. Or is are you a unique person in this in this way.īrandy: I think I’m definitely unique in this way. I did my master’s degree in accounting and I did my chartered accountant designation in order to be able to teach in accounting.īonni: Now in your circles is that something that was common to know at such a young age. And so I geared my career towards that goal so from there I went in to the topic that I had the best grades in which was accounting at the time and I did my bachelor’s degree in accounting.

I just knew that I would love to teach one day in a university setting teaching to adults. How did you first get into teaching in the first place.īrandy: Well when I started university I started on day one looking at my college professors and thinking that they basically had the best job in the world at that point in time. Before we dive into some of the more technical aspects of the way that you create your videos and specifically Penn casse I’d love if you’d just share a little bit. I love how concise they are and clear and I can see that they’re a great resource for your students.
